DEF is a company without compromise; a bold statement I know, but I really do mean it. We set out to create a team that unrelentingly sought to deliver the very best and I can honestly say we've achieved that.
We have a shared work ethic, a trust in each other and an honest and genuine belief in our agenda. We've created an environment that values innovation, creativity, integrity and courage as well as a business that cares about getting it right.
We take a real pride in what we do and I wholeheartedly believe that shows. We haven't set out to be the biggest, that's not what matters to us, but we do want to be the best by a country mile.
