Road Adoption
DEF Software's Road Adoption software has been developed alongside Highways Departments throughout the UK to manage and automate the transactions, processes and intricacies of Section 38/278 and APC road adoption procedures.
DEF's Road Adoption ensures consistency throughout your Section 38 processes via the utilisation of automatic processes and calculations, a central address book, and the ability to generate both standard and customised communications. Used in conjunction with DEF Software's Alert Reminder Agent, automatic triggers for actions to be completed such as site visits and monitoring can be easily produced.
Also, plans and other images can be attached to records in any format that is supported by Windows. Optionally the product supports documents being scanned directly into the system and saved as PDFs for internet usage.
