Developed and evolved to support Councils in the management of planning applications received, DEF Planning (Development Control) covers all aspects of the application lifecycle including Appeals & Enforcements.
The system aids Councils in their bid to achieve targets for monitoring and response, which in turn enables faster decisions to be returned to applicants in line with best practice.
As each individual Council has certain demands that are relevant to its structure or geographical area, the system can be configured according to Council requirement, policies and procedures. Providing the Council with maximum control, each installation can then be configured by the system administrator to meet individual needs.
