Land Charges
DEF Land Charges is a spatially enabled system that allows Local Authorities to quickly and efficiently register and respond to Land Charges Searches and CON29 enquiries. The product has also been designed to facilitate the coordination of CON29 replies from other departments within the authority.
With User Centric Design (UCD) at its very core, the system covers all aspects of the Search lifecycle. With full reporting available, Land Charges is geared entirely towards best practice within the Authority and the very highest level of efficiency.
