There are in total 15 DEF Software apps and all information and PDF documentation is readily available via the our software section of the DEF Software website. The DEF Alert / Reminder Agent performs two distinct tasks. Firstly, it sends alert messages to recipients to inform officers that particular data in the system has been entered. Secondly, the product will send reminders for pending dates to recipients warning them that a particular date within the system has almost been reached.

DEF Building Control (Unitary & District) is the ultimate tool in the control of Building Inspections. Designed from the ground up in conjunction with Building Control Departments from across the UK, the system has all the functionality required to be a truly beneficial tool within your department.

The DEF Building Portal is the only system on the market that offers full end-to-end functionality for members of the public to process building control applications.

DEF's Highways Response has been developed in conjunction with several Highways Development Control teams to create a product capable of dealing with the full life cycle of a consultation request.

DEF Software's Road Adoption software has been developed alongside Highways Departments throughout the UK to manage and automate the transactions, processes and intricacies of Section 38/278 and APC road adoption procedures.
